Process to install 2026 Toshiba printer ground floor and first floor for Windows 11 computer. Mac OS version is on the same page, just click to got.
Windows 11 version
Download from https://dhm.euromov.eu/toshiba-win.zip file :
Locate the folder to unzip toshiba-win.zip file:
Then unzip the toshiba-win.zip file (screenshot display toshiba.zip instead of toshiba-win.zip) :
Open « Installer » folder:
Then start « eScSetup.exe » file :
Confirm to install the program with administration right:

The program will try to find all the Toshiba printer on the network, may be you could hava more or less even zero printers into the list. See below to manage the trouble.
Only printers with the IP address 192.168.140.21 and 192.168.140.22 are available to everybody on the network to print:
192.168.140.22 is located ground floor around library and 192.168.140.21 is located first floor office 67.
The coulor printer is only available with a code to administrative office and direction, pealse do not use it.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE PRINTER OF THE CORRECT ONE :
Press « Paramètres de la recherche » button :
Then uncheck « Recherche USB », check « Activer la recherche TCP/IP » and specifiy from 192.168.140.21 to 192.168.140.22 :
You should find the correct printer. If not please contact EuroMov DHM support factory team.
The page will explain to install 192.168.140.21 printer but you can manage with the identitical 92.168.140.22 printer as well.
Then the install progress will start:
Then, when finish, you can rename the printer from « TOSHIBA V4 Printer » to an other name by pressing : « Ouvrir propriétés imprimante »:
Then you can replace « TOSHIBA V4 Printer »:
To a new name, here « Copieur 1er étage » but DO NOT FORGET TO PRESS « OK » button :
You should find the new printer into the printer list on windows :
Start again the same program eScSetup.exe to install a second printer.
Mac OS version
Mac OS version process need drivers to download.
Then you need to unzip driver and unzip TOSHIBA_MONOMFP.dmg.gz file as :
Then you can start the TOSHIBA_MonoMFP.dmg file to start the process to install :
The Toshiba program will let you follow the process to install. You will find here only some of the step, just press the Continue button to go on:
It will be more simple to install the driver for all users on your computer :
Ok the first program install drivers for TOSHIBA printers on your computer :
You will have a message to allow the Installer to remove install file from the dowload folder, just press « Allow » and then « Move to Bin » :
Next step is to use those drivers to install two printers of the bulding. Find your MacOs settings and there choose « Printers & Scanners » settings:
The Printer install programm will display 3 printers into the bulding, if you have a cable ethernet network connection (printer are not visibile on the wifi network):
Please install the Ground floor (located at the library) and the First floor (located at the Office 67) printers, one printer could be out-of-order anytime.
